Your banking information is only used as part of your purchase on our site.
For security reasons and to protect your personal information and that of our customers, we do not have access to further details regarding the card used during payment.

Order
We invite you to check your UNWANTED folders and PROMOTIONS folders. If your jewelry is not suitable, you have 30 days to return your order, excluding customizable or worn jewelry.

If you receive an incomplete order, check your order history . Maybe it was sent in two parts You should have received an email from our team notifying you of a two-part shipment. This means that a product is backordered or out of stock, and has been removed by customer service. Rest assured, the rest of your order will be sent when the item(s) in question are back in stock.
You can still contact us to request an exchange or cancellation of this product(s).
When possible, always check the condition of your package before accepting delivery. If a damaged package is accepted, it will be more difficult to assert a claim.
Logistics has video and computer controls to check the contents of packages before they are sealed. Following your request, we will initiate a dispute/investigation request with the carrier so that an investigation can be carried out.

Delays caused by delivery services are not the result of our good will. Delivery costs cannot be reimbursed if deadlines are not respected by their services.

It happens that you are notified by our carrier a day in advance of the arrival of your packages even though they do not arrive until the next day.
Check with your guardian, entourage or neighborhood if your package has not been received in your name.
If you have not received it the next day (working days) or after checking you still do not have the package in hand, you can contact our customer service hello@odeetrime.com by providing your Name, First name and Order number.

RETURN & REFUND
You have 30 days to make a return & refund request to our after-sales service by email: hello@odeetrime.com.
Please note that shipping costs will be free for returns made within 7 days of receipt of your order (Excluding Switzerland, United Kingdom, United States, Canada and Australia). After this period, in accordance with our current return policies, the shipping costs for returning your item(s) will be entirely your responsibility.*
Personalized items cannot be exchanged and/or refunded.

All returns are made by post only.
Before returning your order, you must make a request to our after-sales service team by email: hello@odeetrime.com, providing us with your NAME, FIRST NAME & ORDER NUMBER.
We will process your request within 48-72 hours (working days) and will communicate to you by email the details and instructions to follow for your return & refund.
To be eligible for a refund and for your return to be compliant and valid, the returned jewelry must be in new condition and complete with its original packaging (box, pouch).
A contribution to the return costs will be applied. The amount will be deducted when your order is refunded.
NB : Please also take care to ensure that the packaging is carefully closed and sealed when returning your package. We also recommend that you keep proof of postage for any eventuality.
We will refund you within 7 days of receiving your return.
Each return request is studied according to our general conditions of sale and our standard return procedures to be validated, thus we reserve the right to refuse reimbursement if the return is not compliant, in perfect condition (worn and/or damaged ) or incomplete (original packaging missing...)
